LaNaighyah J. Beard

A former model, corporate inventory management specialist, self-taught footwear designer, and certified yoga teacher, dedicated to purpose-driven work that bridges fashion, wellness, and aviation. Lanaighyah accumulated over a decade of experience across retail and corporate spaces, after obtaining a Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising from The University of North Texas.

As a Dallas-Native, standing 6-feet tall, wearing a shoe size 12US/44EU, finding attractive and comfortable high heels in extended shoe sizes was frustrating and disheartening, which often led to disappointing shopping experiences. She knew that she was not the only woman facing this issue, as 9+ million women wear a shoe size 9 and above or below a shoe size 6.

LJB Footwear was born to challenge these outdated industry practices by providing a full-size shoe range of sizes 5-14US meticulously crafted in Marche, Italy, to be exclusive, size-inclusive, original craftsmanship, and sustainable, protecting our customers' soles and the soul of the planet. Her personal mission is to empower ALL people to grow more confident and authentic in their bodies one step and one breath at a time, regardless of their shoe size.
